What do I do if my insurance wasn’t billed? Or if I need to update or add insurance information?

This may be because we do not have your latest insurance on your file. You can add or update your insurance by visiting our website at sonoraquest.com. Click “My Dashboard” and then “Update Insurance”. You can also fax this information to (480) 565-3962. Please keep in mind that it can take insurance up to 30 days to process the claim. If there are any issues, we will reach out to you with an update.
